Our favourite everyday smoothie for all you preggie Mums out there. With a delicious blend of uber healthy ingredients like mango, spinach, healthy yoghurt and orange juice, this vitamin rich smoothie will satisfy both you and the bub. In the BUMP office we loved the dairy free option of adding in coconut water, but using Greek yoghurt with added probiotics is a great way to boost your calcium and make sure the little army of good bacteria in your gut is working well.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups orange juice

1/2 cup plain yoghurt (or coconut water for a dairy free option)

2 tblsp chia seeds

1 1/2 cups frozen mango

2 cups fresh spinach

Method

Blend in a high powered blender until smooth.
